FAQ

Does Inspired Honey write reports?

Yes our Psychologists can write reports for NDIS, Victims of Crime, and organisations. We also conduct psychological testing and educational assessments. Pre-payment is required before a report is released and sufficient notice so it can be booked into the schedule for completion.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide court/legal reports and are unable to attend court, mediation or other legal proceedings.

Jason Crestani is child, adolescent and family Psychologist with years of experience in this area. He worked for the Department of Education for 17 years in over 60 schools. He can conduct assessments for dyslexia/specific learning disabilities and IQ if necessary.

Jason also has tests for adults. Not many Psychologists have the tests for adults.

Can I access Medicare for rebates?

The Medicare rebate makes access to a Psychologist more affordable by offering a considerable rebate to clients off the session fee for up to 10 sessions per calendar year (if needed). See your General Practitioner (GP) to discuss the option of a Mental Health Care Plan and a referral for a specific number of sessions.

Once you have your Care Plan, call us 9am to 6.30pm weekdays on 0425 764 733 and make an appointment. Appointments are available after hours. We will spend the time with any questions you have.

The Medicare rebate eligibility is the responsibility of the patient or patient carer. Claiming your rebate at the session with your Psychologist is subject to an eligible Plan with AVAILABLE sessions. If you are unsure, we recommend calling Medicare direct to check your Plan before your appointment time.

Any eligible Medicare rebates can be claimed at the time of your appointment if you wish for speedy refunds.

NOTE: Jason is also registered under the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme), TAC, Workcover, Victims of Crime and Employment Assistance Programs. These programs can sometimes offer more sessions and have NO out of pocket costs for you!  Ask us.

Are private health insurance rebates available?

Yes. If you have extras cover you may be able to claim a rebate. As the rebate varies depending on your level of cover please call your Health Provider for more information.

Payment options:

Cash, Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS or debit cards. EFT is available at least 24 hours prior to appointment time.

What if my question is not covered here?
